All embroidery design files sold by DREAMSPUN STITCHES are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of DREAMSPUN STITCHES. Purchasing a digital file grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

2. No Commercial Use Without Prior Written Consent

• Purchased embroidery files may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances without prior written consent from DREAMSPUN STITCHES.

• If unauthorized commercial use is discovered, the user agrees to pay 25% royalties on all earnings generated from the unauthorized use.
