Refunds & Returns

1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All sales of digital products from DREAMSPUN STITCHES are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Physical Products – Refund Eligibility
We will provide a refund or replacement for physical products only if:

  • The item is not fit for purpose or has a major defect.

  • The item is not consistent with the product description.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item and is accompanied by proof of the issue.

3. No Refunds for Courier Losses
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to courier handling. If your package is lost, please contact Australia Post for assistance.

4. No Refunds on Custom Commissions
Once production has commenced on a custom commission, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with the final product, we will work with you to find a resolution where reasonable.
